OUR STORY
Gym and Jab was co-founded by husband and wife, Waleed and Holly, who run The Trainers, a mobile personal training company in Claygate. After helping hundreds of clients locally, they dreamed of creating a space that would bring people together in a supportive, community-driven environment.
When they discovered the perfect property in Esher, they took a leap of faith. Just 7 weeks after receiving the keys, Gym and Jab's doors are open.
Their mission is simple: to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone with a unique mix of boxing and weight training, helping all clients feel supported and empowered.
